We sincerely appreciate your understanding. As our products are made-to-order and often include personalized elements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 48 hours from the time your order confirmation is sent

We kindly ask that all selections-whether design, color, size, or stone types, be made with thoughtful consideration. Refund Policy for Customized Products

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders placed through wamarbleandhome.com may be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this window, we kindly ask for your understanding as changes will no longer be possible due to the nature of our made-to-order process.

All approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that all of our products are custom-made and crafted upon request. As such, orders cannot be cancelled or altered after the 48-hour grace period following confirmation. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

At WA Marble and Home, we work exclusively with natural stones—each selected for its authenticity, rarity, and enduring beauty. Among them, both natural marble and natural quartzite (not to be confused with man-made quartz) play a central role in our creations. While natural quartzite is known for its exceptional hardness, marble, by contrast, has a more delicate composition. Combined with our sculptural and precision-driven designs, this may result in a higher level of fragility during transit.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

Additionally, subtle surface variations—such as veining, crystallized lines, or mineral traces—are inherent characteristics of genuine marble and quartzite. These natural markings are not flaws, but rather signatures of time, pressure, and Earth’s artistry. We take great care during raw material selection and carving to respect the stone’s integrity while preserving its unique expression.

Damage to Packaging and Contents

We recommend taking pictures of your packaging, regardless of condition prior to opening. This assists us with any future claims with the shipper. Prior to accepting your package, please inspect the packaging for damage. If possible, take pictures of all damage and contact us immediately to discuss alternatives.

As all items are considered made-to-order, original product lead times may apply. 

 

Damage to Contents Only

We recommend taking pictures of your packaging, regardless of condition prior to opening. This assists us with any future claims with the shipper. If your shipment packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage, but the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately at order@wamarbleandhome.com to discuss alternatives. 

As all items are considered made-to-order, original product lead times may apply.
