Shipping Overview

• At this time we offer shipping and delivery to addresses within the United States. All sales are in US Dollars. Federal and Provincial Taxes are based on the provincial ship to address.
  
• All products are Made-To-Order, ship directly from the manufacturers' facilities free of charge, and are shipped by designated freight carriers, depending on the target destination. More information about the specific freight carrier(s) will be provided once the order has been placed.
  
• Delivery dates are approximate and are quoted in "business days" - this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for freight deliveries.

Free Shipping

• Due to the natural quality of stone products (heavy), we offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $150. Exceptions apply to certain products, and deliveries to select rural locations, details will be displayed under product details or before checkouts.

Changes and Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations of Made-To-Order products must be communicated with us within 48 hours after the order confirmation is sent.
  
• Once production has begun, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
  
• To make a change to your order or delivery address, please email us at sunyuan111222@gmail.com within 48 hours after the order confirmation is sent.

Shipping Details

• After receiving the order confirmation, one email with pictures of the raw stones will be sent to you when dedicated staff members have selected it for your customized products (3-5 business days)
  
• The second email will be send to you when the products are ready to be produced and one or multiple skilled workers are working on the project. (3-5 business days for the making process)
  
• The third email will be send to you when the products are ready and being shipped. (Shipping process 7-14 business days)
