Orders
You can check the status of your order by entering your order details on the Order Status page. There are two options avalable. You can directely type in the tracking number. If you do not know your tracking number, you can locate your order by typing in order number and email.
When a shipping label has been created for your order, you will be able to track your shipment within “Order Tracking” page.
Please note that once your package has shipped, tracking information will take up to 24 hours to appear in a carrier’s system.

We will discuss the solutions based on the conditions of the product. It is important to report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure a swift resolution.
Damage to Packaging and Contents
We recommend taking pictures of your packaging regardless of condition prior to opening. This assists us with any future claims with the shipper. Prior to accepting your package, please inspect the packaging for damage. If possible, take pictures of all damage and contact us immediately to discuss alternatives.
As all items are considered Made-To-Order, original product lead times may apply.
Damage to Contents Only
We recommend taking pictures of your packaging regardless of condition prior to opening. This assists us with any future claims with the shipper. If your shipment packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage but the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately at order@wamarbleandhome.com to discuss alternatives.
As all items are considered Made-To-Order, original product lead times may apply.
We are here to assist you and want you to love your purchase. Please include your order number and the name of the damaged item when you reach out to us. Including images of the issues with your order will help speed up a resolution for you. We will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
Due to certain items containing batteries, they may need to be shipped separately from other products.
Please view your order details to verify which item(s) may have shipped separately by entering your order number on the Order Tracking page.
Enter your order number and email address; it will indicate an estimated arrival date for each item in your order. Items with different estimated arrival dates will most likely be shipped in separate packages.
If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email. If all of your shipments have been delivered and you are still missing items, please contact us at order@wamarbleandhome.com immediately.
Please be aware if the order hasn’t shipped, we have higher probabilities to change the ship to address successfully but if the order has shipped, we are no longer able to change the ship to address. To update the shipping address for an order, please contact us at order@wamarbleandhome.com
All orders processed through wamarbleandhome.com may be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Any refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
Please note, refunds will be processed after cancellation but may take up to 7 business days to show on your statement.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shopping experience to be perfect. Please include your order number, the item received in error, and the name of the item that you did not receive. We will contact you with details on how to return the item received in error and the status of the actual item you ordered.
Unfortunately, you can’t add items to existing orders. If you would like to add new items to an order you will need to place a new order on our site.
Payments
When you place an order, you will be charged immediately for the full amount of your order. Upon successful collection of funds, your item(s) will be placed into production and should be delivered to you during the time window quoted at the time of purchase.
Please review your shipment notification email for details on the amount actually charged to your account.

Due to the unique nature of marble, each raw stone is carefully hand-selected and individually numbered. Once your unique piece has been chosen, you will receive an email as a certificate of its exclusivity—affirming that this marble is uniquely yours. You’ll also have the opportunity to preview the original stone that will be crafted into your final piece, offering a rare connection to its natural origin.
Of course! But due to the nature of our products and the use of premium gift packaging for all orders, we kindly recommend placing your order at least one month or two month in advance if you wish to present it as a gift during the holiday season. This ensures your piece arrives on time and is received as intended—beautifully and punctually.

WA Marble and Home can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Due to the natural quality of stone products (heavy), we offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $150. For products less than $150, the shipping fee is $30.
Depending on where the order is being shipped, sales tax will be charged on the order subtotal, shipping, and/or handling at the applicable county rate. Tax rates vary among counties.
Yes, it is crucial to inspect your item immediately upon delivery before and after it has been unwrapped. Carefully check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Take as many pictures as possible for the demage parts. If you do see any damage or quality issues: contact us immediately at order@wamarbleandhome.com, within 24 hours of receipt, and we will help resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are Made-to-order and often include personalized elements, we are unable to accept returns after 48 hours from the time your order confirmation is sent—unless the item arrives with a significant quality issue. We kindly encourage you to make your selection thoughtfully before placing your order.
If your item does arrive with any concerns regarding quality, please contact us via email at order@wamarbleandhome.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will review each case individually and do our utmost to provide a resolution that meets your satisfaction. Exchanges are not available at this time.

Customization
WA Marble and Home Customization is our free customization service for our clients, where you can consult with a customization specialist by email, or meet virtually online. We warmly welcome clients who have a genuine interest in marble and wish to explore it more deeply. Consulting with our specialists are conpletely free. However, please note that all custom-made pieces require a minimum order value of $1,000.

You can book up to four weeks in advance. If a time you want is not available, check back or email us at customization@wamarbleandhome.com. We’ll do our best to find a time that works for you.

If you are drawn to one of our existing pieces but require it in a different size or proportion to suit your space, we are happy to adjust dimensions while maintaining the original design integrity and craftsmanship.

For clients who are inspired by the natural textures and veining of our marble and already have a specific design in mind, we offer full production support—from material selection to fabrication—bringing your vision to life with precision and care.
3. Design Consultation for Specific Spaces
If you have a particular area in your home or project that feels incomplete or lacks a focal point, our design team can provide consultation and create bespoke marble pieces tailored to your interior style, spatial needs, and overall atmosphere. Whether minimalist, classical, or contemporary, each piece is designed to harmonize with its environment.
4. Artisanal Marble Carving
For those who appreciate the raw beauty of our stone and wish to explore custom carving—be it sculptural, architectural, or decorative—we offer expert craftsmanship and the flexibility to realize both functional and artistic pieces.
Each project is approached with meticulous attention to detail, and all materials are selected by hand to ensure a final piece that is as unique as the individual it is made for.

Absolutely. You can cancel or reschedule your consultation via your confirmation email (the subject line is "Your appointment at WA Marble and Home is confirmed"). Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow other clients to take your time slot.
That’s totally up to you. Feel free to email details about your project and budget, along with other relevant information, to customization@wamarbleandhome.com prior to your appointment. You can also send pictures of your space, floor plans, measurements, and inspirational images, but you certainly don’t have to.
Your designer will present you with ideas based on the information you provided. You can then discuss and refine the suggestions so that you’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan to create a space you’ll love.
There is no obligation or pressure to purchase during sessions with your designer. (But once you see what we have to offer, we know you’ll find something you love.)
